History of Crux

Crux was established by Michael Parker and Nathan Silcock in 2018, with the core purpose of empowering humans in business.

Over a period of 4 years Crux, Michael and Nathan grew Crux rom the ground up to a team of 8 people, operating from a modern open office space in Richmond, and servicing some of the most successful and innovative businesses throughout the Nelson, Tasman and Marlborough regions.

The success of Crux has been recognised on the national stage, with the firm being named as a finalist for the NZ People’s Choice Award and winner of the NZ Small Firm of the Year at the 2021 Xero Awards. This was followed up with another finalist placing for the NZ Small Firm of the Year at the 2022 Xero Awards.
