Founded by Nathan Silcock and Michael Parker in 2018, Crux was a market-leading Chartered Accounting firm servicing the Nelson Tasman region.

In 2019, Crux was named as one of the top 4 emerging accounting firms in New Zealand.

In 2021, Crux was announced as the NZ Small Firm of the Year at the Xero Awards and a finalist for the NZ People’s Choice Award.

In 2023, Crux merged with MMCA to become Go Accounting.
